About Us Our History

The Terrace Amateur Radio Club has dated back to the 60’s and has been active and involved in the community, doing events, practicing setting up communications in an event of an emergency, and providing support to Terrace Search and Rescue. in the 80s we went from the Terrace-Kitimat Radio Club, to the Terrace Amateur Radio Club. We picked VE7RTK as our club callsign when we had the old name.

Mission

Our mission is to continue to provide support to the community, continue to show people our wonderful hobby and get them involved!

Vision

We hope to one day have a club station for all to come and operate from, have monthly fox hunts and get youth and others a license!
